We can all come to points in our lives when it feels difficult to cope. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, down or lost. Perhaps you are unsure about relationships with people or you are caught in unhelpful behaviours. Life may seem frightening, empty or pointless.

This is where professional psychological therapy can help develop a new perspective, and I can work with you to support you in developing how to cope better and get through such times.

Depending on your needs and goals, I offer short-term psychological therapy and counselling, mid-term work as well as longer-term psychotherapy - in English and German.
